Naked Mirrors

A person can Fell so naked, when standing in front of a mirror.
Like all the walls you've built so hard, just come crashing down.
What took them a lifetime to build, took a second to fall. 
A person that's overcome d many obstacles and hardships.
Like a punching bag of words, that person let them self become.
What took away all those confidence, didn't give a second for second thoughts.


A persons heart, heartbreak, innocence, pain, delusions and all other emotions,
They are are all revealed in the eyes of a mirror, All will rise up.
What They tried to hide deep inside will come out, Take second to rise.
A person can only save themselves, and no one can help them.
They can either confront their fears or run away, Take a second to turn away.
What will you do? Will you run from the mirror? Then how will you face yourself everyday?

Oh my, I wrote something depressing again. I'm sorry but that's what I'm best at writing, I tend to write it as I go when I am feeling extremely down. I feel so much lighter and a little bit happier when I've put all those emotions onto words though. Hope you feel my poem too! thank you. 

Ribbon

Feelings are just like a ribbon,
You can tie it around the person you love.
They won't feel a thing,
They won't say word.


Other will walk past,
They will say "What a beautiful sight!"
Yet he won't know a thing,
And he won't say a word.


I'll give him a smile,
When he turns around. 
He won't feel a thing,
He won't say a word.


One day he'll realize, 
There's a ribbon tied up on his heart.
Yet he won't know a thing,
And he won't say a word.


Feelings are just like a ribbon,
When the person you love cut it in half.
You can feel everything.


But...


They won't say a word.
